Our wholesaler was no longer shipping long distances due to the closure of restaurants all over the country. I didn’t want to change brands, especially our hot dogs, as we have used them for fifty years. I could call A&M Cold Storage and ask any questions and they would answer them; I was never a burden. We decided to buy a container, saving $8,000 over the other company’s proposal. This freezer container is more than we hoped for. I heartily recommend A&M Cold Storage and Trailer Leasing to anyone needing outside refrigerated storage. I will gladly show potential customers our container and share with them my personal experience in dealing with the company.

On short notice, our School District needed an 8′ x 40′ freezer storage container to support our food service program prior to school starting in September. A&M was the most responsive and cost-effective vendor that could meet our needs. The procurement, delivery, and setup process were very simple. From start to finish, the A&M Team was able to provide the information, specifications, equipment, and materials to meet the needs of our District. From the initial phone call to setting the unit in place could not have been easier. Additionally, the unit was aesthetically pleasing, clean, and in excellent working order upon delivery.

Once I received my proposal, it was exactly like we had discussed; no hidden fees, no added charges, very straight forward. I’m not used to getting that type of customer service and next time I need a refer trailer, Michelle and A&M Storage will be the only call I make.

A&M Trailer Leasing has been leasing us an electric-powered refrigerated storage trailer and has been great to work with the past several years. Good communication, quick and well-done services or repairs have kept Pure Knead Inc., Atlanta, GA, a loyal customer. This company has been able to provide what we need as we grow and they have been very fair with pricing. We have recommended A&M to other clients of ours and they were pleased with their leasing experience also.

We worked with A&M to establish a rental trailer pool that was needed in several of our key facilities during some peak times. These projects came with very little notice but A&M was able to establish a readily available team to identify our needs and provide a cost effective solution. During the pandemic, Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa changed delivery models from freshly prepared hot meals to weekly delivery of frozen meals and increased production volume from 5,000 meals per week to well over 23,000 per week. To make this shift in production without leaving any current customers without meals required a tripling of freezer space. A&M Cold Storage and Trailer Leasing was able to deliver a high-quality skid freezer in a very short period of time. That freezer has been running now for more than year without incident. We will definitely look to A&M to help with our next freezer expansion.
